Wojciech Reducha has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Wojciech is currently working as a Senior QA Engineer at Tyk since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Tester at Nordea Markets from May 2017 to March 2021. Before Nordea Markets, Wojciech worked as a Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems from November 2015 to May 2017. Their previous experience includes roles as a Software QA Engineer at Misys and Turaz in 2012, and as a Software QA Engineer at Thomson Reuters from July 2011 to February 2012.

Wojciech Reducha completed their education in a chronological manner. Wojciech first attended Gdańsk University of Technology from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Financial Mathematics. Following that, they enrolled at Halmstad University from 2010 to 2011 and obtained another Master of Science degree, this time in the field of Financial Mathematics as part of the Master Programme.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Wojciech Reducha also obtained several certifications. In March 2014, they achieved the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification. Later, in October 2017, they obtained the ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification. In February 2018, they acquired the ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Tester certification. Finally, in December 2020, Wojciech Reducha completed the ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification offered by GASQ.
