Franklin Lee is a seasoned legal professional specializing in government contracts and minority business enterprise (MBE) law, currently serving as a partner at Tydings & Rosenberg LLP since September 2006. Lee's extensive experience includes roles as a partner at Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, focusing on civil rights litigation and public policy drafting, and as chief counsel at the Minority Business Enterprise Legal Defense & Education Fund, advocating for small and minority-owned businesses. Previous experience includes work as an antitrust litigation attorney at the Federal Trade Commission.
