Jennifer Blom has worked in various industries, beginning their career in 2005 as a Marketing Service Specialist in Discover Card. Jennifer then worked as a Customer Service Lead at Ultimate Electronics and as a Front End Specialist/Warehouse Lead at Terri's New & Consigned Furnishings. In 2008, they became an Assistant Manager 4 at Harkins Theatres, where they managed crowd control, line management, guest relations, and seating announcements for the Phoenix Film Festival. Jennifer also worked as a Stage Manager/Assistant Director/Sound Engineer at Desert Foothills Theater from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer joined Zenefits in 2015 and served as a Client Support Associate and a Client Support Specialist - Product Support (Technical Support). Later, they worked as a Software Engineer Apprenticeship and a Client Experience Associate (Technical Support) at Betterment from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Jennifer started their own company, Jendabom Productions, LLC, where they provided voice over talent as an Audiobook Narrator and worked as an Audio Engineer. Jennifer also worked as an Audio Editing/Engineer at TYDEF Studios LLC in 2020. Recently, in 2021, Jennifer founded Reaping Audiobooks, where they hold the positions of Owner, Producer, and Audio Engineer.

Jennifer Blom earned their high school diploma in 2001 from Olympus High School. Jennifer then attended Paradise Valley Community College from 2009 to 2011 and obtained their AA degree in Psychology and Theater. After that, they attended Arizona State University from 2011 to 2013 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, General. In 2016, Jennifer earned a User Experience certification from General Assembly. In 2018, they completed the Actualize Coding Bootcamp, where they focused on Computer Software Engineering.
