Gull Afshan has been working in the software industry since 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA engineer) and Website Developer at Fiverr. In 2021, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Codexia Technologies. Currently, they are working as a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer at TxLabz.

Gull Afshan obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science (hons.) from Lahore College for Women University between 2016 and 2020. In 2021, they obtained four additional certifications: a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf, a Service APIs through Test Automation using Postman certification from Applitools, a The Whole Team Approach to Continuous Testing certification from Applitools, and a Web Testing certification from TestDome.
