Davey Welch is an experienced superintendent with a strong background in construction management, currently serving at TX Morrow Construction, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, Davey held superintendent positions at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from November 2020 to August 2022 and at Picerne Development Corp from May 2010 to November 2020, where responsibilities included supervising construction crews, organizing pull board meetings, maintaining inspection logs, and overseeing multi-million dollar projects. Additionally, Davey owned DRW Pool and Spa Services from May 2005 to May 2010. Educationally, Davey studied at Liberty University from 2003 to 2005.
