Ismo Lehtonen has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and project management fields. Ismo is currently working at twoday Finland as a PM & integration specialist since October 2022. Prior to this, Ismo was at Visma Consulting from 2019 to 2022, where they held roles such as Project Manager and Team Leader - Migrations. Before that, they worked at Avaintec from 2016 to 2019, again as a Team Leader - Migrations and Project Manager. Ismo's earlier experience includes positions at Sito Group as a Technical Project Manager, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer from 2011 to 2016. Ismo began their career at Digia Plc as a Software Consultant from 2001 to 2007.

Ismo Lehtonen obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
