Elisa Savolainen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elisa is currently working as a Service Designer at twoday Finland since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Visma Finland as a Service Designer from March 2020 to October 2022. Before that, Elisa worked at Visma Solutions Oy as a User Experience Designer from September 2019 to February 2020. Elisa also has experience as a Designer and a founding member of AieDesign Osk, where they provided industrial design, service design, and user-centered design services from October 2013 to August 2019. Elisa also worked as an intern at Volkswagen AG from January 2018 to January 2019 and as a Research Assistant at the University of Lapland from September 2017 to December 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Information Service Secretary at Suomen Elinkeinoelämän Keskusarkisto from March 2015 to July 2016 and as an Office Secretary at Mikkelin kaupunki from November 2014 to February 2015.
Elisa Savolainen completed their education at three different institutions. Elisa started their academic journey in 2005 at Heinolan lukio, where they obtained their Ylioppilas degree in an unspecified field of study in 2008. Elisa then pursued their undergraduate studies in Industrial Design at Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2014, earning a Bachelor degree of Culture and Arts (Muotoilija). Finally, Elisa attended the University of Lapland from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Design (Teollinen muotoilu).
