Charles Bowles, ASP, EMT-I, currently serves as the Director of Safety & HR at Two State Construction since February 2019. Prior experience includes positions as a Safety Specialist at Prayon Inc. in Augusta, GA from September 2013 to February 2019 and at PCS Nitrogen from May 2007 to September 2013, where additional responsibilities included Systems Administrator. Charles Bowles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University (2006-2009) and two Associate's degrees in Computer Programming and Microcomputer Specialist from Augusta Technical College (1998-2000).
