Vanessa B. has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Küchenchef at Yalda Europaallee since July 2018 and previously held the position of Souschefin at Two Spice. Prior to that, Vanessa worked as Executive Sous Chef at Restaurant Hirschen Teufen and Chef de Partie at Two Spice.
