Petra Brengard currently works in Berufsbildung & HR at Two Spice since January 2023, while also managing responsibilities as a mother of two since July 2021. Previously, Petra held the position of Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in the Data Science program at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW from September 2018 to October 2020, and served as a Jobcoach at berufsbildneria gmbh from August 2016 to August 2018. Additional experience includes responsible positions in Berufsbildung at Dosenbach-Ochsner AG from 2015 to April 2016 and as an Ausbilderin at Manor AG from January 2013 to June 2015. Earlier roles include Teammanager and HR Consultant at Careerplus and Sekretariat at Kantonsarchäologie Kanton Aargau. Petra began a career as an Einkaufsassistentin and Lernende at Dosenbach-Ochsner AG. Educationally, Petra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, multiple CAS degrees in Personal and Organizational Development, and Selbstmanagement from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, along with a Kauffrau certification from KV Zürich Business School.
