Thom Knowles is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and developer productivity. Currently serving as the Head of Developer Productivity Engineering at Two Sigma, Thom has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of the Platform Group and Manager of Core Engineering. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Thom was a VP of Technology Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs and held the position of EVP, Global Director of Engineering at KBC Financial Products. Additional roles include serving as the Chief Information Officer at Pacifica Group LLC and Global Head of Systems Operations & Engineering, showcasing a strong background in driving technology initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.
