Bill Chen is an experienced telecommunications and network engineering professional with a comprehensive background in managing operations and technical programs. Currently serving as a Manager of Network Provisioning at Two Sigma since January 2018, Bill has held various leadership roles, including Manager of NOC and Engineering Operations at Transbeam and Director of VoIP Engineering at GTT. Additionally, contributions to the creation of the operations engineering group at Google NYC highlight Bill's expertise in technical program management. Bill's previous positions span roles such as Director of SaaS Infrastructure at ShoreTel and VoIP Network Engineer at Epana Networks, demonstrating a robust trajectory in the telecom industry. Bill holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research and Electrical Engineering, respectively.
