Justin Wu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Two Chairs since September 2023, Justin has previously held senior roles at AbleTo Inc., where tenure spanned from 2019 to August 2023, including SVP, Operations and Strategy, and VP, Operations and Strategy. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Joyable and Castlight Health, as well as consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group. Justin's professional journey began at Mercer and includes a role as a Supply Chain Analyst at the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative. Holding a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Justin combines strong educational credentials with a proven track record in partner success and customer operations.
