Chad Franks, Major General (ret), USAF, serves as a Senior Consultant at Two Blue Aces Consulting and President/Senior Consultant at Monumental Leadership Consultants since 2021. With extensive experience in the United States Air Force, Franks held key leadership positions, including Commander of the Fifteenth and Ninth Air Forces, where oversight included operational readiness and mission execution for thousands of personnel and aircraft. Notable roles also included Deputy Commanding General for Operations and Intelligence during Operation Inherent Resolve and Vice Commander of the 14th Air Force. Franks's education includes a Master's in Strategy from The United States Army War College and a BA in General Studies from the University of New Orleans.
