Joseph Kumper has extensive work experience in safety management roles. Joseph is currently working as the Corporate Safety Manager at TW Metals LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Zf Gainesville LLC, where they focused on reducing workplace hazards and promoting electrical safety. Before that, they served as the Regional Environment Health Safety Manager at Exide Technologies, overseeing EHS operations for multiple locations. Joseph also has a background in the military, where they held various leadership positions and played a crucial role in ensuring safety and technical guidance within the Army Research Laboratory Unit.

Joseph Kumper obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer from the National Registry of Environmental Professionals, which they obtained in March 2017. Joseph also has an Instructor Certification from the United States Army Schools, obtained in 2005.
