Cindy V. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cindy currently works as a Principle Cloud Engineer at Twisthink since November 2022. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Herman Miller, where they held various roles. From November 2019 to November 2022, they served as a Cloud Developer | Architect, responsible for developing cloud-based infrastructure and micro-services, while also working on AutoCAD APIs and generative design software. Additionally, from September 2016 to November 2019, they worked as a Database | Infrastructure Architect, providing consulting, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, as well as delivering proof-of-concepts.

Before joining Herman Miller, Cindy V. was a Database Administrator at the Holland Board of Public Works from April 2011 to September 2016. Their responsibilities included database administration, business intelligence data architecture, and project management.

Prior to that, they worked at Cherry Street Health Services as a Database Administrator from May 2010 to June 2011, where they evaluated and completed data migration and managed SQL Server Reporting Services.

Cindy V. began their career at Accenture in various roles. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Database Administrator, managing numerous servers and implementing new software for The Dow Chemical Company. From 2005 to 2007, they served as an Information Systems Developer / Analyst, overseeing the Auto-Identification applications and managing a testing effort.

Before their time at Accenture, they worked as an Assistant Systems Administrator at Kelly Services / The Dow Chemical Company from 2003 to 2005, and as a Data Management Technologist from 2002 to 2003.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Coding Specialist at Option One / GM Powertrain in 2001, a Commodities Manager at Genei Industries Inc. in 2000, and a Computer Programmer at Delphi Saginaw Steering Gear from 1998 to 2000.

Cindy V. earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Saginaw Valley State University. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Grand Valley State University. In addition to their degrees, Cindy V. has also obtained the certification of AWS Certified Developer Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020.
