Claire Ayres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and marketing roles. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and Director of Sales and Marketing at Twist since 2017, Claire has a strong background in legal advisory and management. Prior to this, Claire held multiple positions at the UK Ministry of Defence from 2004 to 2017, including Barrister, Senior Management Group Leader, and Senior Legal Advisor. Additionally, Claire worked as an On Set Legal Advisor for the BBC in mid-2004 and as a Case Controller at the Serious Fraud Office from 2000 to 2004, providing strategic and policy advice. Claire's early career included a role as a Barrister At Law at 23 Essex Street, specializing in criminal prosecution and defense, fraud, and inquests from 1996 to 2000.
