Rachel Nielsen has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Rachel is currently working at Twirl as the Operations and Community Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts as a Front of House Assistant. Rachel also has experience as a Freelance Creative at Joyful Graphics and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Lifetise. Rachel has also held positions such as Customer Service Assistant at the University of Sussex Students' Union and Marketing Assistant at Brighton Footgolf. Additionally, Rachel has worked as a Creative Assistant at Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) Brighton and as a Social Media Manager at Fabrik Sussex. Rachel started their career as a Student Intern at Contendr Indonesia, where they gained valuable skills in the media industry and developed strong relationships with colleagues.

Rachel Nielsen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Film Studies at the University of Sussex from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from the International Baccalaureate between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Rachel has also obtained certifications in Later Product Pro, Social Media Marketing Strategy (TikTok and Instagram Reels), SEO Foundations, Digital Marketing Foundations, and Social Media Marketing.
