Greg Ismach started their work experience as an Investment Banking Financial Analyst at Bear Stearns in 2007. Greg then worked as a Financial Analyst and later as a Senior Financial Analyst at Pepsi Beverages Company from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Ismach held various roles at CSM Bakery Solutions, including Director of Financial Planning and Strategy. In 2016, they joined FreshDirect as the Vice President of Finance for Merchandising, and later took on additional responsibilities as the Vice President of Finance for Operations. Most recently, in 2019, Ismach became the Chief Financial Officer at Twinings North America. Additionally, Ismach co-founded and served as the Treasurer for the 100-Hole Golf Marathon Foundation, a charity that raised over $180,000 through charitable golf marathon events from 2002 to 2012.

Greg Ismach attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2003 to 2007. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
