Julien Lerolle has a diverse work experience in finance and business controlling. Julien is currently the Head of Commercial Finance at Twinings & Co, where they have restructured and transformed the business controlling team to become more efficient. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2018, Julien worked at Johnson & Johnson in various roles including FP&A Manager, Healthcare Business Controller, and France Business Controller for Depuy Mitek. Julien was responsible for managing budgets, implementing new IT systems, and reporting to higher management. Julien also had an internship at TOTAL S.A., where they gained experience in internal audit and financial controlling.

Julien Lerolle's education history begins in 2001 when they attended EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci and obtained a Master 1 (M1) degree in Économie. Julien then went on to attend Ecole 3A - L'école internationale du management responsable from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Master degree in Finance, général. After that, in 2005, they enrolled at ISC Paris and completed a Master d'Audit, Conseil et Contrôle de gestion, specializing in Finance et Gestion, finishing their education in 2006.
