Rich Rolfe CharteredMCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Technology & Transformation at Twinings since April 2021, where previous roles included Head of HR for International Functions and HR Shared Services Manager. Prior to Twinings, Rich held the position of Head of HR UK and Europe at BMT from January 2018 to April 2021, and served as Senior HR Business Partner. Rich's extensive experience at QinetiQ from 2005 to January 2018 included roles such as Head of HR for Engineering and Talent & Performance Manager.
