Siddharth Varun has a range of experience in technical recruitment. Siddharth is currently working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at a confidential company since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Technical Recruiter at Ventures Unlimited Inc - VUI Consulting from January 2021 to April 2022. Before that, Siddharth worked at NLB Services as a Senior Technical Recruiter from July 2020 to January 2021, and as a Technical Recruiter from July 2019 to July 2020. Siddharth also has experience as a Technical Recruiter and Associate Recruiter at Tryfacta, Inc. from August 2018 to July 2019, and as a Trainee (Intern) at arihant duraplast in early 2018. Additionally, Siddharth gained experience as a Trainee (Intern) at Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited, Ranchi in the summer of 2017.

Siddharth Varun started their education at The Army Public School from the year 2000 to 2012, where they completed their Senior Secondary education with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Siddharth attended FIITJEE, specializing in Science with a particular emphasis on preparing for the IIT-JEE examination.

In 2014, Siddharth enrolled at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, where they pursued a B.Tech (M.E) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Siddharth studied at the university until 2018.

In the middle of their undergraduate studies, in 2016, Siddharth also attended Usha Martin University Ranchi for a brief period of time to gain proficiency in AutoCad, specifically in the field of Mechanical Design.
