Troy Mashburn is an experienced game designer with a solid background in gameplay and systems design across notable game development companies. Currently serving as Lead Game Designer at Twin Suns Corp, Troy focuses on the design of gameplay features for original intellectual property. Previously, Troy held leadership roles at 343 Industries as Gameplay Director and Lead Sandbox Designer, and at Guerilla Games as Lead Combat Designer, where responsibilities included leading teams in the design of player mechanics and system development. Earlier in career, Troy worked as Lead Designer at Crystal Dynamics and contributed to AI design at Rockstar Vienna. With a degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University and certifications including Certified SCRUM Master, Troy combines technical expertise with project management skills in game development.
