Karl Drago Povh has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Karl Drago has held positions such as Director of Food and Beverage, Casino Executive Manager, and Executive Chef in various establishments including Twin Pine Casino & Hotel, Inn of the Hills Resort & Conference Centrum, Paiute Palace Casino, Elk Valley Casino, Stockmans Casino/Hotel, Silver Oak Golf Club, Diamond Mountain Casino, and Horizon Casino Resort.
Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing and training employees in both front and back of the house operations, increasing sales, decreasing labor costs, and improving the quality and consistency of food. Karl Drago has also been involved in menu development, wine list creation, catering, remodeling restaurants, and implementing new menus.
Karl Drago Povh obtained a Culinary Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Luzern Switzerland, completing their studies from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Hotelfach Schule 1 from 1980 to 1986, where they pursued a degree in International Restaurant and Hotel Management. Before enrolling in Hotelfach Schule 1, Karl Drago Povh acquired a degree as an Executive Chef in International Cuisine, specializing in Switzerland, which they achieved between 1980 and 1982.
