James Bukacek currently serves as the Product Manager for Electronic Control Systems at Twin Disc since August 2023. Previously, James held multiple roles at Regal Rexnord from October 2017 to August 2023, including Senior Manager for the Marine & Power Generation Segment, Global Product Manager for Disc Couplings, and Global Strategic Marketing Manager for the Energy Industry. James also completed a full-time MBA in Operations and Technology Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2015 to May 2017, following a tenure as a Business Development Intern at S&C Electric Company in summer 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer and Electrical Test Engineer at Eaton from August 2010 to August 2015, focusing on high voltage fusing design and high power electrical testing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
