Veronicah Chweya, DNP, APRN, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Twin Cities Physicians since January 2022. Prior to this role, Veronicah worked at Regions Hospital as a Registered Nurse from December 2017 to January 2022, and at St. Gertrudes Health Center and Regency Home HealthCare in similar capacities. Veronicah's expertise includes working with patients recovering from various medical conditions and managing behavioral issues through medication administration, wound care, memory care, and non-pharmacological interventions. Veronicah holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and a Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner from St. Catherine University, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Science from Normandale Community College. Veronicah completed high school at Kagwe Girls High School.
