Anna Kowal has a diverse work experience. Anna began their career in 2007 as an Operations Specialist at Nordicbet, where they worked until 2009. From there, they joined Thomson Reuters as an EDD Research Analyst, a role they held from 2010 to 2015. In 2014, Anna joined ORing Limited as a Customer Service Representative, before moving on to Twin/Oddsring as a Customer Service Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, Anna has been working at Twin as the Head of Customer Support since 2018, and then promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in February 2022.
Anna Kowal has a Master's degree in Business Language, with a focus on Russian and English, from Uniwersytet Opolski. Anna also holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Language, one specializing in English and the other in Russian, both obtained from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
