Silvia Botros is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in software engineering and database management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at Twilio since October 2023, Silvia has previously held senior and principal engineering roles at RapidAPI, Box, and Twilio Inc. Notably, Silvia contributed to the development and management of database structures, high availability solutions, and performance optimization in various capacities at SendGrid and CDNetworks Inc. In earlier positions, Silvia established expertise in database management and software development, including training technical staff and troubleshooting complex database issues. Silvia holds multiple degrees in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton and Cerritos College, along with foundational education from Zagazig University.
