Paco Contreras is an experienced executive in pricing and monetization strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Pricing & Monetization Strategy at Twilio since November 2024, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this, Paco held the position of Head of Pricing Strategy for Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group, where a monetization strategy for the Intuit Enterprise Suite was designed and launched. Previous roles include Global Head of the Customer and Partner Care portfolio at Google Cloud, and Global Head of Pricing Strategy at Microsoft Enterprise Services, among other significant positions within Microsoft. Paco's career also includes consultancy roles at Oracle and KPMG. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana.
