Nikhil Moorthy is an experienced HR leader with a demonstrated track record in talent management and total rewards across multiple organizations. Currently serving as SVP HR at Twilio since August 2019, Nikhil oversees various aspects of culture, leadership development, employee experience, and executive compensation. Previous roles at Twilio included SVP HR positions focusing on total rewards and M&A practice, where contributions significantly enhanced organizational performance and stakeholder engagement. Before joining Twilio, Nikhil held several leadership positions at Flex, including Vice President of HR, where strategic initiatives in total rewards contributed to substantial market capitalization growth. Nikhil began a career at Hewitt Associates, specializing in talent and organization consulting for FMCG and manufacturing sectors. Nikhil obtained a PMIR degree from XLRI Jamshedpur.
