Julie Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at Twilio Inc. since April 2019, Julie leads a talented technical program management team and oversees the North American East Region project portfolio. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Senior Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing implementation programs and overseeing launch planning for global customers. Julie's previous experience includes working as a Program Manager at Genesys, where complex global projects were defined and managed, and at Ontario Systems in various roles, including Senior Solutions Consultant and Product Manager. Julie holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies, both from Ball State University.
