Isabelle Staub currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Twilio, where responsibilities include overseeing internal operations, maximizing performance, and enhancing customer experiences through digital transformation initiatives. Prior roles at Twilio include Vice President of Global Operations for both the Communications Platform and Messaging divisions. Prior to Twilio, Isabelle held various executive positions in investment banking at firms such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays Investment Bank, UBS, and Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, specializing in technology, media, telecommunications, and fixed-income products. Isabelle's academic credentials include an Executive Program in Leadership from Stanford University and degrees in Management and International Economics as well as Market and Corporate Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and the University of Strasbourg.
