Hayley Rothballer is an experienced professional in workforce planning and compensation, currently serving as a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst at Twilio since August 2021, after holding the position of M&A Global Compensation Analyst. Prior to Twilio, Hayley worked at Itron, Inc. as a Compensation Specialist and Compensation Associate from September 2019 to August 2021, and completed a Compensation Analyst Internship at Pacific Dental Services in the summer of 2019. Additional experience includes a role as a Data Management Assistant at Pepperdine University's Seaver College Career Center, an HR Organizational Development Internship at Medair, and serving as Education and Literacy Coordinator at the Pepperdine Volunteer Center. Hayley holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Studies from Pepperdine University, completed in 2019, and is a graduate of Prestonwood Christian Academy.
