Darrin Bebout is an experienced professional in the technology sector with a focus on customer support and operations. Currently serving as Director of Workforce Planning in Global Operations and Director of Support Operations & Strategy at Twilio since April 2020, Darrin has also held the position of Sr. Director of Customer Support Engineering. Prior to Twilio, Darrin worked at Okta, Inc. from July 2013 to April 2020, where roles included Sr. Director of Customer Support and Director of Escalation Engineering. Darrin's career began at Legato Systems in 1997 and included significant positions at OpenText and Avaya. Darrin holds an Associate of Arts degree from Diablo Valley College, earned between 1994 and 1996.
