Arpit Dugar has extensive experience in the field of technical account management and consulting, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Twilio since June 2020, where responsibilities include being the primary contact for technical consultation for three enterprise accounts. Prior to Twilio, Arpit worked at Cisco from September 2015 to June 2020, progressing through roles as a Technical Consulting Engineer and delivering technical presentations in the APAC region. Arpit's technical expertise encompasses VoIP security, troubleshooting UC products, and managing high-visibility TAC cases. Earlier experience includes an internship at Sopra Steria focused on network infrastructure. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
