Bobby Benfield serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OpenComp, the world’s first compensation decision software, since August 2019, where the focus is on providing employers with tools to plan and communicate pay effectively. As the Founder of Vista Grande Ventures, Benfield invests in and advises customer-centric brands while also holding the position of Co-Founder at Twigtale since February 2015. Previous roles include Advisor/Investor at Honey until August 2023, Investor/Executive at Beautycounter from April 2013 to June 2014, and various executive positions at Shopzilla from May 2000 to December 2011. Bobby Benfield's legal career includes serving as Attorney at Law at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Troy & Gould PC, specializing in corporate and securities law. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
