Connor Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2009 as a Public Relations Intern at Freeman Public Relations, they assisted with various projects involving companies such as Mattel and Jeep. In 2011, they worked as a Public Relations/Marketing Intern at Thrillist where they organized a television segment and collaborated on a marketing campaign between Thrillist and FOX Sports.

In 2012, Phillips co-founded Campus Taps, a social discovery website focused on nightlife for college students and young professionals. Connor was responsible for managing the website, creating blog content, and providing information on daily bar specials and events. During the same year, they also worked as a Business Development Intern at Crowdtap, where they created media proposals, produced specification decks, compiled lists of media contacts, and contributed to RFPs.

In 2013, they became an Analytics Strategist at Resolute Digital, where they obtained Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications and was recognized on the Inc. Magazine 500|5000 list. In 2015, they joined ShopKeep as a Marketing Analyst, where they administered various platforms, mentored team members, and contributed to report build outs. Connor later became a Senior Marketing Analyst, where they designed an attribution model, formulated a lead scoring algorithm, and developed time series forecasting models using Python.

In 2018, Phillips founded Synotate, a venture focused on an undisclosed industry. Their role as Founder involved leading the company's operations and strategic direction. Connor then transitioned to the role of Senior Growth Analyst at Twigeo in 2020, where they worked on the US Team and later became the Director of Analytics in 2022.

Finally, throughout their extensive work experience, Phillips has demonstrated a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in various analytics and marketing tools, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Connor Phillips attended Montclair High School from 2005 to 2009. Connor then pursued higher education at Loyola University Maryland from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study at Loyola University was Economics, with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising under the Communications department. Additionally, Connor has obtained certifications in Google AdWords IQ and Google Analytics IQ, although specific dates of completion are not provided.
