Seth Atkinson serves as the Development Manager at TWG | Together, We Grow, where responsibilities include driving the pre-development life cycle for projects across multiple states, managing the entitlements process, obtaining permits, and overseeing design schedules to ensure timely project closings. Prior to this role, Seth was a Project Estimator at Martines Palmeiro Construction, LLC, focusing on preparing budgets for multifamily projects in Denver, executing invitations to bid for subcontractors, conducting detailed quantity take-offs, and managing subcontractor relationships. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of Arts in Business from Arapahoe Community College.
