Damien Abrams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Damien started their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they worked in various roles including Housekeeping Manager, Guest Services Manager, and Front Office Manager. Damien then joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as a Front Office Manager before moving to Irvine Marriott as a Senior Operations Manager. Damien later worked at Marriott Hotels in roles such as Director of Rooms, Director of Operations (task force), and Pre-Opening Director of Hotel Operations. Damien also had a brief role at EDITION as part of the Pre-Opening Rooms Division task force. Damien's expertise in hotel operations continued at Marriott Irvine Spectrum, where they served as the Director of Hotel Operations. Damien then joined Renaissance Hotels as a Director of Operations, overseeing divisions such as Rooms, Food and Beverage, Culinary, and Loss Prevention. Their most recent experience includes working as the General Manager at The Steward, Santa Barbara, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and currently as the Regional Director of Operations at Twenty Four Seven Hotels.
