Jay Huo started their work experience as a Technology Manager at Dongguan City Television Station in 1995. After that, they worked as a Senior Product Director at Beijing Founder Electronics Co., Ltd from 2000 to 2007. Currently, they are the Product Marketing Director at TVU Networks since 2018.

Jay Huo attended Guilin Middle School from 1988 to 1991, where they received their High School Diploma. Jay then went on to study at Communication University of China from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
