Grayson Malloch is an experienced Validation Specialist II at TVS, Inc., focusing on the commissioning and qualification of large capital projects throughout the Bay Area since January 2016. With a background as a Validation Engineer for Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Boehringer Ingelheim, Grayson has independently developed walkdown plans, conducted commissioning and qualification protocols, and served as the primary technical lead in various projects. Prior roles include Validation Associate II at Boehringer Ingelheim and manufacturing bioprocess technician at Genentech, where Grayson honed skills in downstream purification and GMP compliance. Grayson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Genetics and Plant Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
