Dorota Pawelec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audience insights and analytics within the media and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Digital & News Customer Insights Director at TVN Warner Bros. Discovery since December 2006, Dorota's role involves delivering comprehensive audience insights and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders, monitoring industry trends, and conducting custom analytical projects. Prior experience includes positions as Research and Analytics Deputy Director and Head of Internet Research Unit at TVN24 Sp. z o.o., where Dorota focused on audience research for niche channels and new media.
