Eva Dijkema-Stolk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic, tactical, and operational human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at TVM verzekeringen since February 2021, Eva oversees three business units, providing strategic advice to management teams. Previous roles include HR and Talent Manager at Vos Opmaat Consultancy, where Eva led HR transformation projects and management development initiatives across various sectors. With earlier positions in recruitment and consultancy, Eva has developed a robust background in talent management, leadership coaching, and sustainable HR practices. Eva holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor’s in HRM and two masters in Finse taal en letterkunde and Communicatiekunde.
