Vinicius Guerra is an experienced professional in the culinary field, currently serving as the Chef de confeitaria at Carlo's Bakery since October 2016, and also contributing as a Culinarista Colaborador for TV Gazeta since April 2019, where Vinicius specializes in pastry arts for the Programa Mulheres. Prior experience includes a role in production and management at Subway from June 2014 to October 2015, and teaching at Anglo from May 2009 to March 2012. Vinicius holds a specialization in Confeitaria from the Escola de Confeitaria Diego Lozano (2015-2016) and has attended Universidade de Franca from 2012 to 2014, along with studies at Estácio from 2011 to 2013.
