Victoria Sönksen has a diverse work experience in the field of project management. Victoria began their career in 2014 as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at FGV. In 2015, they took on a role as a Project Manager at Empresa Júnior - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2016, they joined Quintessa as a Project Manager. In 2019, Victoria joined Vitalk as a People Manager and Project Manager. In their role, they were responsible for the Chatbot project reaching over 20,000 pregnant women in Brazil, donor relations, and the implementation of Vitalk's first international projects. Victoria was also a co-founder and active participant of the company's Diversity & Inclusion committee. Currently, Victoria is the Head of People at Tuvis.
Victoria Sönksen obtained a High School degree from King's College, Soto de Viñuelas in the years 2009-2012. Victoria then completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2012-2013. In 2014-2017, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Formação Executiva em Business Partner de RH from FGV in March 2022 and Leadership Communication from FIAP in January 2022.
