Christian Trescher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2014 onwards, they worked at TÃœV Rheinland Group as the Head of Operations for Central Eastern Europe and Senior Expert in Rolling Stock Procurement. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Director of Franchise, Procurement, and Asset Management at Interfleet Technology. Christian also has experience as the founder and managing director of Die Ingenieurwerkstatt GmbH, where they worked from 1995 to 2010.

Christian Trescher obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed the Industriekaufmann / Stammhauslehre program at Siemens AG, with locations in Mannheim, Duisburg, Frankfurt, and Berlin, from 1988 to 1990.
