Natasha Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2023. Natasha currently holds the position of Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Turtle Rock Studios since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Lead Commercial Counsel - Platform & Digital Media at Meta from June 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they were an Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2017 to June 2022. Natasha also gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Latham & Watkins in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Additionally, they served as an Assistant at WME (William Morris Endeavor) from August 2013 to April 2014 and as an Associate Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from July 2011 to April 2013. Natasha started their professional career as an Intern at Turner Broadcasting in 2010 and also worked as a Student Teacher at UC Berkeley in 2009.

Natasha Phillips attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media Studies. Natasha later went on to study at the University of Southern California Law School from 2014 to 2017, and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
