John Gleeson has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since November 2018. Prior to this role, John held similar positions as Operations Manager at Brewhouse & Kitchen and Area Manager at River Cottage Canteens. John's career includes a significant tenure at SA Brain and Company Ltd as Retail Area Manager, as well as a regional business management position at Browns Restaurant during a secondment. John initially joined Browns Restaurant in 1997, progressing to General Manager over a period of 15 years. John completed education at Sexey's School in Bruton.
