His background includes product leadership roles at large public companies including America Online and Nokia, and groundbreaking Silicon Valley start-ups, such as Formspring, Spinner, and Organic. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from Northwestern.
