Marlies Gammon, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Turo since November 2022, Marlies is focused on employee engagement, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives during rapid growth phases. Prior experience includes leading HR consulting for small and medium-sized businesses at Gammon HR Consulting, as well as senior management roles at Carta and Venables Bell and Partners. Marlies has demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws, contributing to positive organizational culture and employee experiences.
